Robert Davies, President

Mr. Davies founded Foothill Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. in 1977.  Along with establishing solid relationships with local sheet metal and refrigeration fitters unions to secure year-round qualified staff, he has built relationships with leading general contractors in the Bay-Area.  Mr. Davies continues to monitor commercial projects, as well as do sales and estimates for the service department.

Steve Davies, Vice President

Mr. Davies has 10 years experience in project management, estimating, and ensuring safety and quality on each project.  Since joining Foothill in 1995, Mr. Davies has negotiated and managed large-scale public projects, and well as specialized commercial jobs.  His role at Foothill includes supervising staff and subcontractors, overseeing scheduling, managing job costs, negotiating with general contractors, forecasting, pre and post-bid analysis, and take-offs for future work.

Mr. Davies holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from California Polytechnic University, and is a licensed Professional Engineer.
